Abstract

In this note the first finding of stone coral Desmophyllum dianthus (Esper, 1794) (Cnidaria: Anthozoa: Scleractinia) in Patagonian scallop (Zygochlamys patagonica) fishing grounds in the shelf break front of the Argentine Sea is reported.
